PILATES GROUP TRAINING
Pilates Group Training is a great way to keep your practice regular and compliment other workouts you might do during the week. Group Classes are held outdoors in nature until Mid-September, then moved indoors to Älta Träningsstudio for winter and spring terms.

Class descriptions:
PILATES FLOW - Strengthen, sculpt and tone your whole body in 55 minutes. Pilates Flow is a mix of pilates, mobility and strength as we flow to great music using props and bodyweight. Class is designed to hit every muscle while creating length and better posture.

Pilates Morning Sculpt - This high intensity, 45 minute pilates and sculpt class, combines body weight training, intervals, weights and props to elevate our heart rate and tone/balance our body with new moves and challenges.
WHAT TO BRING: Pilates or yoga mat, water and a towel (we get a little sweaty). *mats available upon request
