SheGO pilates studio is equipped with 2 Reformers, a Cadillac, Barrels and a Pilates Chair. The equipment creates resistance with springs, slings, pullys and weights to challenge every muscle that you didn’t even know you had. There is no place for muscular and structural imbalances to hide and your body responds over time by correcting for over & under compensations that leaves us imbalanced, injured or with aches and pains.

PILATES GROUP TRAINING

Pilates Group Training is a great way to tone and lengthen your entire body and will compliment other workouts you might do during the week. Group Classes are held at Club Rejoice in Älta, but bookings are made here.

Class descriptions:

PILATES FLOW - Strengthen, sculpt and tone your whole body in 55 minutes. Pilates Flow is a mix of pilates, mobility and strength as we flow to great music using props and bodyweight. Class is designed to hit every muscle while creating length and better posture. Saturday mornings KL 9-10

PILATES SCULPT - This high intensity, 45 minute pilates and sculpt class, combines body weight training, intervals, weights and props to elevate our heart rate and tone/balance our body with new moves and challenges. Wednesday evenings KL 18-18:45 plus 15 minutes of deep stretch and release.

WHAT TO BRING: Water and a towel. Pilates mats and props are provided.

What to expect?
This is a 28 day bootcamp style challenge with 3 zoom workouts a week, food guide, accountability chat group and daily movement prescription. Since it is a challenge, there are points applied to each activity and the winner will receive an amazing pilates gift bag worth over 2000 sek. Are you going to make it happen for yourself? You can do as little or as much of the challenge as you can commit to, and you will get real measurable results. The more you put into it and follow the plan, the better the results and the more points you will accumulate. Do you have what it takes to commit, change your habits and get it done? When does it start?

The challenge kicks off on Monday May 27 with a live zoom workout at 6:15. You will have 13 zoom credits and can begin to book zoom sessions for the bootcamp upon registration and payment Once you are registered, you will receive an email with the rules, links and printables as well as a calendar and an invitation to the whatsapp group.

Who is it for?

I know we are all busy and there are so many deadlines and things that come up with friends, family and kids over this next month which is why im keeping it to 20 minute workouts, an easy to follow movement calendar and access to group chat motivation. The classes vary in intensity, but we are going to work hard! All levels are welcome and all workouts offer modifications.

How do I get started?

Once you register by payment, you will receive a welcome email within 24 hours that has all the information on rules, printables, zoom links (and how to access recordings if you miss the livestream), how to aquire points, etc. You will also have 13 passes in your account for the zoom sessions and can begin to schedule those immediately.
