SheGO pilates studio is equipped with 2 Reformers, a Cadillac, Barrels and a Pilates Chair. The equipment creates resistance with springs, slings, pullys and weights to challenge every muscle that you didn’t even know you had. There is no place for muscular and structural imbalances to hide and your body responds over time by correcting for over & under compensations that leaves us imbalanced, injured or with aches and pains.

PILATES GROUP TRAINING

Pilates Group Training is a great way to tone and lengthen your entire body and will compliment other workouts you might do during the week. Group Classes are held at Club Rejoice in Älta, but bookings are made here.

Class descriptions:

PILATES FLOW - Strengthen, sculpt and tone your whole body in 55 minutes. Pilates Flow is a mix of pilates, mobility and strength as we flow to great music using props and bodyweight. Class is designed to hit every muscle while creating length and better posture. Saturday mornings KL 9-10

PILATES SCULPT - This high intensity, 45 minute pilates and sculpt class, combines body weight training, intervals, weights and props to elevate our heart rate and tone/balance our body with new moves and challenges. Wednesday evenings KL 18-18:45 plus 15 minutes of deep stretch and release.

WHAT TO BRING: Water and a towel. Pilates mats and props are provided.

September Sweat Challenge

What is it?

A 28 day Pilates and Strength bootcamp with daily workouts and clean eating plan to optimize results. Workouts can be done by all levels, but will include strength days and pilates days. Props are optional, and you can do all workouts with just body weight, but I recommend that you have a set of weights, ankle weights, pilates ball and band available. Zoom workouts are between 20-30 minutes.

The challenge is designed to easily integrate into your day and busy schedule after a long summer break. You get out of it what you put into it, but you will be given the tools and support needed to get real results that you can see and feel.

  • 3 early morning livestream workouts each week (through zoom) on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday (you have access to the recording as well)
  • Printible Calandar with daily habits, movement minimums, and Everyday Stretches
  • Access to instructional videos on technique, mobility and nutrition
  • WhatsApp group connection for daily motivation, accountability and check ins
  • Point system with prizes to keep you on track and motivated. Winner revealed at the end of September.

When does it start?

The challenge kicks off with a meet up on Friday, August 30th (zoom) to go through the details of the challenge, ask questions, get comfortable with zoom and understand where to find everything.

Monday September 2nd is the first workout on zoom.

Once your registration and payment has been sent, you will have access to all 13 zoom sessions and a link will be sent to synch your calendar for access to each call, if you chose to attend. BONUS: Just for this challenge, I will hold a Friday morning “fat blaster” workout outdoors for the month of September. Details of the workout will be sent out if you cannot attend. Once you register, you will receive a welcome email and all the information/printables will be available 1 week before the challenge begins.
