The SheGO method of training was developed by fitness expert, Sheana Gollert, and combines pilates, mobility and strength work, with science, to deliver amazing results. Sheana has been using science based training and nutrition to change bodies since 2003. After years of training herself and others, she started to see a trend of working out harder with less results and more injury. Sheana added Pilates into her own training in 2012 and knew immediately that it was the missing piece. Pilates movement and equipment require control, and balance, to enhance and complete our current training practices. Train SheGo to get results, feel amazing and move better. Its not just pilates… Its so much more.

The Studio

SheGO Pilates Studio is a lofty, in-home studio, in Älta Sweden. It is equipped with Merrithew Reformer, Chair, barrels and a Cadillac that will challenge, lengthen and tone your physique with each session.

SheGo offers Pilates personal training sessions to tighten and tone your entire body while increasing mobility and endurance, seasonal group training outdoors to and a Metabolic Reset program and nutrition coaching to take your health to the next level and get you in the best shape of your life.

Pilates Training

Pilates Training with SheGO combines classical and functional Pilates, with strength, endurance and mobility. Private sessions in our studio are built around your goals and structural needs. Group Sessions are run seasonally, outside, and online, you can learn more about the group sessions here.
