Pilates Personal Training Sessions are a great way to strengthen the whole body in a session designed for YOUR body and what you need. Sessions are available as 1:1 (Private) or 1:2 (Duet) and 55 minutes of strength, flexibility and cardiovascular work, done on a variety of Pilates equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, and Barrels) leaving no place for muscular and structural imbalances to hide. This is what makes pilates so perfect for people working with injuries, and other conditions. It encourages your body to correct imbalances through slow & smoothly controlled movement. Don’t be fooled – pilates might look like a walk in the park, but a true pilates regime will get you tight, toned and looking amazing.

Pilates Group Training is a great way to tone and lengthen your entire body in a fun and powerful group environment. These classes are amazing on their own and will compliment other workouts you might do during the week. We work on the mat with weights, and props that will enhance the overall trining to get you the best results. Group Classes are held weekly at the beautiful Club Rejoice in Älta.

Metabolic reset

Metabolic Reset is a total transformation program that will change your body inside and out. Sheana has a holistic lifestyle coaching technique that is backed scientifically and designed to get you results that last. Together we assess and reset your metabolism, behaviors, training, diet and lifestyle, through habits and actions that rid you of toxins, GI issues, and poor health for good. Once you decide you are ready, willing and able to make changes for your health, the program begins and you are held accountable with check ins and daily assignments.
