SheGO pilates studio is equipped with 2 Reformers, a Cadillac, Barrels and a Pilates Chair. The equipment creates resistance with springs, slings, pullys and weights to challenge every muscle that you didn’t even know you had. There is no place for muscular and structural imbalances to hide and your body responds over time by correcting for over & under compensations that leaves us imbalanced, injured or with aches and pains.

PILATES GROUP TRAINING

Pilates Group Training is a great way to tone and lengthen your entire body and will compliment other workouts you might do during the week.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

PILATES FLOW - Our signature flow class that will strengthen, sculpt and tone your whole body in 55 minutes. Pilates Flow is a mix of pilates, mobility and strength as we flow to great music using props and bodyweight. Class is designed to hit every muscle while creating length and better posture. Saturday and Sunday mornings.

PILATES SCULPT - 55 minutes of pilates meets strength training. We use body weight, intervals, weights and props to elevate our heart rate and tone/balance our body with new moves and challenges followed by a much needed stretch and release.

ELEVATE AND REFORM - Lift. Lengthen. Transform. Step into a boutique Pilates experience with a small group class using the reformer, Cadillac, mat, and props. We use premium Merrithew equipment with expert trainers that create challenging and fun workouts. This is your pilates era.

*Elevate and Reform requires apparatus experience and/or a Private Intro Session before attending the elevate or reform classes. This is to ensure that the class flows smoothly and enables everyone to have a strong workout and great experience.

WHAT TO BRING: Water and a towel. Pilates mats and props are provided.

Pilates Foundation Course starts February 3rd

Pilates Foundations – 8 Weeks to a strong Pilates Core

Would you like to learn Pilates from the ground — or return to the fundamentals with better awareness and control? Pilates Foundations is designed for anyone looking to build a solid, sustainable foundation in their Pilates practice.

Throughout the course, we will gradually explore the core principles of Pilates, focusing on technique, body awareness, strength, stability, and mobility in a safe and effective way.

This course is suitable both for those who are completely new to Pilates and for those with previous experience who wish to refresh and deepen their understanding of the fundamentals. Each class builds upon the last, allowing you to experience clear progression, confidence, and improved control in your body.

The course is taught by Victoria Bentzer and offers a supportive, structured environment to help you move with greater ease, strength, and presence.
